As a ISP, you are only limited by the terms and conditions by our company. However, you are allowed to market as see fit. Traits of Successful ISP 1. Outgoing 2. Friendly 3. People Person 4. Self-Driven 5. Results Driven Key Terms: 1. No Mobile homes 2. No properties listed with an agent. 3. Payment is Twice month 4. Must be 18 5. Must pay the Admin fee Here Must have access to: 1. Camera 2. Smart Cell phone 3. Transportation 4. Internet 5. Fax and Copier Pay is up to 1000 per property we close, Checks are issued Bi-weekly. Avg Scouter make 2000-7000 a month. An ISP (Independent Services Provider) is an Independent worker. You are not an employee of Lifetouch Properties or any of our affiliates. The tax status of this position is 1099/W-9. Since you are not an employee of Lifetouch Properties or their Affiliates. It is your responsibility to manage and handle all your business cost and taxes. Why is there an Admin Fee? This is very simple to sum up. Since you are an ISP, your admin fee will take care of everything attached to your ISP account. This includes but not limited to the following: 1. Contracts 2. Payment Processing 3. Personalized Drive Set up 4. Training and ongoing support 5. Tax and account set up 6. Any other cost required As a ISP; you are responsible for all business cost and taxes. The company or their affiliates do not cover these. |
